I can count on one hand how many times Emil has fallen asleep on my chest since he was an infant — not many. So obviously, when he fell asleep in the car on the way home from school yesterday and stayed fast asleep even after I lifted him out, removed his shoes, and carried him to the back yard, you’d better believe I milked it for all it was worth.
I sure do love that little peanut.

When I get F up in the morning, I hold her like that on the couch in her room for 5-10 minutes as she slowly wakes up. Some days I think I could sit there for an hour. It’s the best.
F was wiped out yesterday too. I think it’s this glorious weather – they just run like mad through it, and I don’t blame them. Have a great weekend.
