Nap time around here is quite a hoot. Actually, it is quite frustrating, but some day, looking back on things like this, I know I will laugh, roll my eyes lovingly, and think, Oh that guy!
Last weekend after hearing a whole lot of thumps and bumps after putting Emil down for his nap, Andrew snuck into his room only to find him… missing. He was not in his closet, or on his bed (and that leaves pretty much nowhere else to hide since we had to take nearly everything out of his room. Nowhere else… except the window sill behind the shades.
Which makes me imagine that anyone walking down our street who happened to look up to the second story window and see a toddler pressed against it would have quite a story to tell. I think we need bars.
Have a safe weekend.
Well, this is awesome. I’m going to venture to say, you have your hands full.
Have a great weekend, Lauren.
Hi-larious. I mean I’m sure it’s not if you’re his mama, but man is he a cutie-patootie!
I looove these pictures, he’s just adorable. W actually does this same move with the window that is now over his bed. He’s older, so he’s fully aware of the humor and ‘hiding’ part. He wasn’t in there when the weather was better but I think we definitely can not open that window- yikes! Can’t wait to see what that little Emil gets into as the years move on… He’s got a bit of a mischievous side 🙂
these are adorable. nothing like a little window peek-a-boo! x
Oh goodness, he’s cute. Which he better be, with all that mischievousness!
Hilarious! What a fun little guy.
