Well here we are again! I’m really enjoying sharing my favorite music with you!
Lately I discovered Cassie Morgan & The Lonely Pine and this video was shot right here in St. Louis, MO… one of the finest cities around, if you ask me, ha, ha! I also really like her song “No More Tears.”
Grizzly Bear is also amazing. I was introduced to their music from an old friend and I will always be grateful for that. Here is a live version of their song “Deep Blue Sea.” Another of my favorites is “Knife,” and the video is super strange! “Two Weeks” is the first song I heard of theirs, and I will love it forever even though it makes me sad.
And though Andrew shared them on Music Monday a year ago, I have to share Lucius again because I love them so and was blown away when I saw them live in October. They are from Brooklyn and I adore their style, their vocals, the percussion, everything. Plus, Emil looks ridiculously adorable dancing and swaying to this entire Tiny Desk Concert.
