Our boys take circus classes at Circus Harmony, which is located in the City Museum in downtown St. Louis, which means we are at the City Museum a lot. It can be hard to walk into this amazing place three times a week without marveling at the touchable, climbable, useable art that surrounds you.
And so, once or twice a year, we make sure to visit the City Museum on a non-circus day just to explore. Here are some photos from the rooftop (which costs extra, but is worth doing at least once when the weather permits) and the outdoor area (which is included in the entrance fee).
Check out some of our other City Museum posts here, here, and here. And if you’re ever in St. Louis, be sure to visit!
Great photos, Lauren. That place is a treasure trove for good shots, especially when it’s not too busy.
So true, it’s nearly impossible to take a bad photo here!
Wow, that is SO cool! What kid wouldn’t love exploring that museum. I’ve never seen anything like it!
Susan, it is truly incredible. It is the one place I insist that visitors to St. Louis check out while they’re here!
This place is absolutely amazing. The climbing potential!
Yes, if you have a climber, this is the place for him/her!
That lonely shoe cracks me up!
