Crisp air, apple-picking, the smell of cinnamon, fall leaves, warm sweaters, boots, hats, scarves, and pumpkins. Family and friends visiting, firewood-stacking, the sound of leaves crunching underfoot.
Last year, November
Brilliant blue skies, walks to preschool, hot cups of coffee, Halloween, giant jumps into piles of leaves, trips to local farmer’s markets, and planting our fall garden with salad greens, spinach, and chard.
Come on, Fall. We’re ready for you!
I’m SO ready for Fall, too! It’s the ENERGY and FRESH AIR season. Lauren, every time I see a maple tree with golden leaves and black bark, I think of you and our old house in Oakwood. I can just smell the leaves, now.
Me too! We love fall! It’s almost here…
AMEN SISTA!
YES!!! I can feel fall in the air lately and that makes me SO happy. Best season for sure.
