Dress That Mama: Transition to Fall (III)

DSC_0040

We are still having beautiful warm fall weather, hence the continuation of “transition” posts. I have found that I am chilly in the mornings, but perfectly warm with bare legs later in the day. Here is what I wore to the Sigur Rós concert last week with my friend Ingrid. It was an incredible show, by way! DSC_0041

The dress is one I wore a lot this summer on cooler days. It is cotton and pretty flattering for the mama-tummy area, but I feel like it is a good thing to wear when I don’t have the kids in tow, as it is a bit on the sexy side and isn’t conducive to bending over too much, ha! But I am not just a mama all the time, you know?DSC_0192Happy Wednesday!

P.s.- The dress is available here if you are interested.

  1. Cute! And yeah, you’re also a sexy mama, not just a mama-mama. Like the fish and men of George W Bush’s analogy gone wrong, they too can apparently co-exist peacefully.

  2. What a terrific outfit, you look amazing Lauren! I’m a BIG Sigur Ros fan too but unfortunately the wee city where I live is too small to host bands like them. Hope they were as amazing live as they are recorded.
