Happy Friday! We are up to our ears over here in delicious tomatoes (yes, that scale is correct- 4 1/2 lbs!), cucumbers, and kale. It’s surely making for a fresh way to eat this summer. Also enjoying thoroughly cooler summer weather- if it could stay this way for the next 3 months, I would be a happy camper!

I went to our favorite farmer’s market and came home with a bushel of cucumbers for canning pickles. But I kept a dozen to make a cucumber dill gazpacho. It was heavenly. Happy eating.
