A Tribute to Cousins

This morning it was raining outside, so I started singing “Rain, rain, go away,” while Milo was looking out the window. He looked up at me, then ran to the chalkboard in the kitchen where we have pictures of his cousins and pointed up to it, saying “Nay-na” “Nay-na!”

That’s “Reina” for those of you who don’t speak the language.

We miss you, Reina!

  1. Milo is awesome! He’ll be reading soon, I’ll bet. His comprehension skills are so advanced for his age. Good job, Milo!

  2. Wow. What a warm fuzzy on a snowy cold day, better than hot chocolate (or darn close). I’ll tell her when she wakes up from her nap…we miss you too.

  3. Hi,

I just wanted to let you know I’m Milo’s real dad. It’s a long story, and it’s complicated…In any case, get that kid a mustache.

    Love,
    Burt Reynolds
